Dyand techician James was awesome. Helped get my furnace going at 1:00 am when is was -40 outside over the phone. He returned the next morning and replaced the fan motor that had a dead spot in it. The install took longer than expected but that was due to the installers taking the time needed to do it correctly and not just as quick as possible. It was a large complicated scope of work and it was completed extremely well.

Furnace stopped working, called and spoke with very pleasant lady. Dispatched technician within two hours. Technician was polite, on time and very efficient. Repaired fan mount and heat was back on in four hours. A week later, furnace fan quit again. Quick, polite service and replaced capacitor. A different problem and no additional charge to first service call. Very happy with their service and will use again.
