Up Front No Surprise Pricing - Crystal Ball NOT Required

A concern that many homeowners have is what if while fixing my furnace the technician finds other problems with it that also need to be fixed to make it work.  This possibility exists but the chance of it drops dramatically when you have factory trained professional technicians.  Our pricing policy is headache free. When our technician performs the diagnostic he will determine what parts of the required repair are covered by warranty and what parts of the repair are not. He will provide you with a written estimate of the repair cost. Once you authorize the repair the cost of the repair is written in stone and you will never be asked for more to cover something we did not notice in the diagnostic.  Its simple. The price you are quoted for the repair is the price you pay, no exceptions
